Agreement

By using Bullpen you agree to these terms. Bullpen is operated by Aquilops. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What Bullpen does

Bullpen is an AI-powered startup pitch evaluation tool. You upload a pitch deck or recording and our multi-agent pipeline scores it across seven categories with detailed feedback.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for your account and all activity under it. One account per person.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Bullpen to:

• Upload malicious files or content that violates applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the evaluation pipeline.
• Misrepresent AI-generated scores as professional investment advice.
• Resell or redistribute evaluation reports without permission.

Payments

Paid evaluations are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If the service fails to deliver a report for your submission, contact us for a refund.

Your content

You own everything you upload. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it through our pipeline and store the results. We won’t sell your content or use it to train models.

AI-generated output

Scores and feedback are generated by AI. They are not investment advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of fundraising success. Use them as one input among many.

Limitation of liability

Bullpen is provided “as is.” Aquilops is not liable for decisions you make based on evaluation results, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Cookies & tracking

Bullpen uses a session cookie for authentication and a consent cookie to remember your analytics preferences. If you grant consent, we load privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) and ad platform pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) that track anonymous page views and conversion events. No personal data is shared with ad platforms. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we’ll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
