Who we are

Bullpen is operated by Aquilops. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Aquilops.

Data we collect

  • Account information — your name, email, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
  • Uploaded content — pitch decks (PDF) and audio/video recordings you submit for evaluation.
  • Evaluation results — scores, feedback, and reports generated by our AI pipeline.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use your data

  • To run your pitch through our evaluation pipeline and deliver your report.
  • To manage your account and process payments.
  • To improve the service using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Mistral AI — processes your uploaded content to generate evaluations. Your content is sent to Mistral’s API for analysis.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly web analytics. No personal data is collected or shared. Consent-gated.
  • Ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) — conversion tracking pixels, loaded only after you grant consent. No personal data is sent—only anonymous page view and conversion events.

Cookies & local storage

  • Session cookie — Supabase sets a session cookie to keep you signed in.
  • Consent cookie (bp_consent) — stores your analytics and advertising consent preference. Expires after 1 year.
  • Attribution cookie (bp_attribution) — records how you first arrived at Bullpen (e.g. which campaign link). Contains no personal data. Expires after 90 days.
  • Ad & analytics pixels — Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads gtag are loaded only after you grant consent. They track anonymous page views and conversion events (e.g. signup, subscription) with no personal information sent to the ad platforms.

Data retention & deletion

Your uploaded content and evaluation results are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
